Our mobile dog and cat grooming service is stress-free and tailored to each pet’s needs. We specialize in providing all pets with TLC. We even have experience with special needs cases including pets who are senior, or have been abused and neglected. Our pet groomers will prepare a spa treatment for dogs and cats of every breed. We have expertise with many types of pets including lap-dogs, big dogs, toy and mini breeds, shy, energetic, scared (and scary) pets, high risk or handicapped pets, as well as rescue and emergency care cases.

Not only is Avery's devoted to simplifying and improving your life, we are also serious about professionalism and quality service in order to ensure the highest level of care. Our team is led by a certified groomer who graduated from a state accredited grooming academy. She is also certified in animal CPR by a licensed veterinarian.

Did you know that it is not a requirement to have formal training or experience to operate as a dog groomer or cat groomer?

In fact, over 85% of pet groomers are not formally trained or certified. Most started out as an apprentice then moved up through the ranks.*

While the overall grooming industry does not require it, we took the necessary steps to make sure our pet groomer received proper certification. Our Certified Groomer attended the Academy of Dog Grooming Arts in Arlington Heights, IL, an intensive grooming school, which is regulated by the Illinois Board of Education. The professional program required rigorous performance testing under the tutelage of two Certified Master Groomers.

*There are many dog groomers who have chosen an educational apprenticeship and are quite proficient. However, becoming a formally certified groomer leaves no room for doubt.
